Heidi Suzan Snyder, 70, an Idaho native, went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2022 at her home in Jerome with her family at her side.
Heidi was born on January 3, 1952 in Gooding, Idaho. She was the daughter of Herbert Walton Forbes and Anna Laura Pabst. She was raised and educated in Shoshone, Idaho. She went on to graduate Head Masters school of hair design in Lewiston, Idaho.
She lived her life to the fullest with her strong will, free spirit, and vivacious personality. Heidi enjoyed traveling, especially trips to the beach. She loved her role as grandma and made friends with everyone she met. Although her illness slowed her down, it did not hinder her passion for dancing and singing. Everyone that knew her, will forever remember her contagious, beautiful smile and wild, red hair.
Heidi is survived by two sons, Travis (Dannelle) Green and Timothy (Tanja) Green; five daughters, Mela (Chris) Hainline, Melissa (Matthew) Wise, Rayme Meyer, Jonna (Justice) Torwan, and Destynee Snyder; Sister, Terri Simmons; 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father Herbert; mother Anna Laura; sister Kathleen; Son Ethan; daughter Monica. Our hearts ache, but we are uplifted knowing that she spent a life bringing joy and laughter to others. We love you!
Heidi was a huge inspiration to so many as she fought with all of her strength and might throughout her last five-year battle with cancer. She wanted to thank all of her family, friends, nurses, and doctors who supported and cared for her. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Tri-City Cancer Center.
A viewing will be on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Demaray’s Jerome Memorial Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. A celebration of life will be on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Mountian View Barn in Jerome at 4:30.
