Leah F. Studebaker, 74, of Buhl, passed away on Dec. 25, 2020, at St. Luke’s Magic Valley.

Leah was born on Oct. 16, 1946, in Alameda County, California the daughter of Michael J. and Ferne Overacker.  She was raised and educated in Fremont, California and Salmon, Idaho.

She married Dennis Studebaker on June 21, 1963, in Salmon.  Leah worked in accounting and as a Veterinary Assistant.  She was also involved in ranching and dairy farming.

She was involved with Job’s Daughters and Rainbow Girls, Red Cross blood drives, and 4-H.  She socialized with the “Oakley Ladies”, always enjoying the Oakley plays.

Leah enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, and tending to her flower garden.  She was very congenial and loved taking care of people.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband: Dennis Studebaker, a son: Todd (Tammy) Studebaker, a daughter: Tamara (Glenn) Stroud, a brother: Michael J. Overacker II, six grandchildren: Naconna Gentry, Amanda Chapin, Daniel Stroud, Leah Stroud, Dalton Studebaker, and Jake Studebaker, six great-grandchildren: Samantha Gentry, Zoejane Gentry, Everrett Chapin, Elin Chapin, Beau Stroud, and Marissa Stroud.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Pat and Rebecca.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021, 1:00 - 4:00 pm, 1383 East 4000 North Buhl Idaho at the Studebaker Residence.
