Megan Lynn Huft, 20, of Gooding, passed away on October 25, 2026, in Gooding County as a result of a car accident. Megan was born on May 30, 2006, in Longview, Washington, to Kyra King. She was raised and educated in Longview until the age of three.  She then moved to Gooding and was raised by her mother and father, Josh King.  She finished her education at Gooding High School.
She became a mother in 2023 and was a stay-at-home mom who loved all kinds of activities.  She especially loved her son, Shaun Byland.
Some of the things in the outdoors were hunting, fishing, survival, camping, rafting, hiking, shooting, and anything that involved being outside. When indoors, she loved crafts, diamond art, 3-D puzzles, Origami, Design, drawing, and Tattooing. 
She was a mother who loved with all her heart, would give you the shirt off her back, and trusted wholeheartedly.
She is lovingly survived by her parents, Kyra and Josh King of Jerome; her oldest brother Cody (Sandraylyn) Huft of Gooding; her big brother Jordan (BreeAnna) Huft of Gooding; and her only sister Nichole Huft)(Isaac Mazac) of Jerome, fiancé Dakar Byland of Gooding, her son Shaun Byland of Gooding, her grandparents, and many nieces and nephews and many others.
She was greeted in heaven by many families who have gone before her. 
She will be missed by all.  She was taken from us far too soon from such a tragic accident.  
The family reminds everyone to buckle up and don't ride with anyone who has been drinking and driving. 
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
