Wade was born in Bozeman, MT but moved to Idaho at a young age. Wade graduated from
Castleford High School before furthering his education at Idaho State University.
Wade was a proud Veteran. He served in the U.S Navy after graduating high school and
completed one tour in Operation Desert Storm. He then joined the Army Reserves. During his
service in the U.S. Army Reserves he completed two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He
served 20 years in the US military.
Wade was known for his love of hunting and fishing. He is survived by his life partner, Laura
Worthington, his son Garrett Ulrich, his sister Shanna (Jeff) Breeding, nieces Megan (Brian)
Beckman and Samantha (Aaron) Gaide, his sister Bonnie (Wade) Rast, nephews Justin, and
Kendell Rast, his brother Kenneth Ulrich, and nephews Kyler and Kirkland Ulrich and niece
Karissa Ulrich. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Jarvis Ulrich, and his father,
Dallas Ulrich.
A Military graveside service at the Veteran National Cemetery in Buhl, ID is being planned for a
future date. The Demaray funeral home in Jerome, ID, is assisting with the arrangements.
